The FSSC 22000 certification system summarizes the requirements for auditing and certifying the food safety management systems and/or quality management systems of organizations involved in the food supply chain.
Objectives:
– Establishes and maintains an accurate and reliable record of certified organizations that have demonstrated compliance with the requirements of the system
– Promotes the accurate application of food safety and quality management systems
– Promotes the domestic and international recognition and general acceptance of food safety and food safety quality management systems
– Provides information on food safety and quality management systems
– Providing support for the certification of food safety and food quality management systems.
Anyone with an existing ISO 22000 certification can easily transition to FSSC 22000 certification, as it is part of the standard.
The FSSC 22000 standard consists of 3 parts:
- ISO 22000 standard (food safety management systems)
In 02.2024, two new points were added to ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000:
Addition to section 4.1: The organization must determine whether climate change is a significant factor.
Note to Section 4.2: Relevant stakeholders may have requirements related to climate change.
- Prerequisite programs according to ISO 22002 standards.

3. Additional requirements
The curriculum for the advertised courses includes prerequisite programs for food manufacturing. For packaging material producers individual course, with relevant prerequisite programs, available upon request. Request a custom quote.
