Élelmiszerbiztonsági szakmérnökként, élelmiszertechnológusként végeztem egyetemi és főiskolai tanulmányaimat. 5 éves technikusi képzésben élelmiszer analitikusként szereztem meg az alapokat. Szalag mellett kezdtem dolgozni húsfeldolgozó cégnél, majd csoportvezető, műszakvezető, üzemvezető helyettes lettem. Több mint 20 évet dolgoztam minőségügyi vezetőként, gyakorlatban használva a HACCP, IFS és BRC szabványokat.

I successfully passed the IFS food auditor exam in 2007, and later I also obtained the BRC food, FSSC, GMP+, IFS logistic, and IFS broker auditor qualifications. For 12 years, I have conducted audits for numerous domestic and foreign companies in Hungarian, English, and German.

I have been involved in education since 2019, using my experience from both sides (audited and auditor). In July 2025, I became the first in Hungary to obtain the IFS approved trainer title. I conduct training in Hungarian and English using IFS approved curriculum and issue an internationally accepted certificate.

In my trainings, in addition to standard requirements, I present a lot of good/bad practical examples. Sometimes the participants can surprise me with stories 😊. The field of food safety is constantly developing, it is connected to many areas, e.g. environmental protection, labeling changes, sustainability requirements, etc. There is always something to learn in these topics, I also consider my own development important. I work to be able to provide up-to-date information.
